{MoorARTS}
Moorestown Arts Advocacy Council now known as MoorArts, is a non-profit organization dedicated to fostering the fine and performing arts in the Moorestown public schools. All MoorArts sponsored events raise funds to support the MoorArts Scholarship and Grant Program. Through this program, MoorArts has administered thousands of dollars in grants and awards to support arts related projects in the public schools and scholarships to eligible graduating MHS seniors who are pursuing advanced study in the arts.
Annual MoorArts sponsored programs include: the Art Show and Auction held at the Mooretown Community House; a summer theater production (most recently, the highly successful Disney's High School Musical On Stage); MoorMotion, an arts event targeting our elementary schools; and concessions sales at school and MoorArts events.
We invite you to attend a MoorArts meeting held on the second Tuesday of each month at 7:30 p.m. at the Moorestown High School. The success of our organization hinges on the active participation of members of our community who love the arts!
