MOORESTOWN TOWNSHIP BOARD OF EDUCATION
ANNUAL BOARD MEETING SCHEDULE
Pursuant to Public Law 1975, Chapter 231 Open Public Meetings Law, the Board of Education of the Township of Moorestown did at its May 16, 2017 Board Meeting adopt the following Annual Schedule of Regular Meetings.
The executive meetings shall be held at 5:00 pm in the Administration Building (803 N. Stanwick Road) and will immediately precede the regular action meetings as listed below.
The regular monthly action meetings shall be held at 7:00 pm in the William W. Allen III Middle School (801 N. Stanwick Road) from August 8, 2017 through June 12, 2018, unless otherwise noted.

The official minutes are kept on file in the Board Secretary's office located in the Board of Education's Administration Building, 803 N Stanwick Road. The exhibits prior to November 17, 2009 referred to in the online version of the minutes are available in the Board Secretary's office and are part of the official minutes.
The aforementioned schedules shall be considered as the "Annual Notice" of the Law and that any revision or modification of the schedule shall be done in accordance with the "48 hour notice" of said Law.
The above schedule shall be filed with the Moorestown Township Clerk and posted in the Municipal Complex and Moorestown Library.
Any person who requests the Annual Notice of Meetings or any 48 hour notice shall be mailed copies of same throughout the year upon payment of ten dollars ($10.00).
