2024-2025 Integrated PreSchool Registration Process

2024-25 Integrated PreSchool Registration is now open.

The following programs are capped.  Please DO NOT register your student for preschool.  Call Cathy Kain for availability.  Overflow for Baker and South Valley will attend Mary Roberts.

Step 1

For typically developing children, ages three and four, who are interested in the tuition-based, half-day integrated preschool program, please read the Integrated Preschool Program Letter and submit the Application to the District Registrar, Cathy Kain at [email protected]

Step 2

For new applicants, after submitting your application and $100 deposit, our District Registrar, Cathy Kain, will contact you if your child is selected into the program.  Wait to hear back from Cathy Kain before proceeding to the next step.

For returning families, after submitting your application and September installment, our District Registrar, Cathy Kain, will contact you.   Wait to hear back from Cathy Kain before proceeding to the next step.

Step 3
Do not proceed to this step until you are contacted by our District Registrar, Cathy Kain.

Preregister your child online using our Genesis Open Registration.  If you do not have access to a computer, contact our District Registrar, Cathy Kain at [email protected] or 856-778-6610 ext. 12019. 

Step 4

Print and complete the registration forms found at the bottom of this page.  Either drop off or mail the following Required Information and the Forms along with your September balance either in the form of a check or money order.

Required Information to Register Your Student
Please submit copies only.

1. Copy of Birth Certificate  or Passport.
   
   • New Jersey Statute on Birth Certificate Requirement
2. Copy of Doctor Certified Immunization Record.
   • Letter from Superintendent regarding Immunization Requirement
3. Copies of 5 Proofs of Residency - with a current date
   • If you are currently a resident, bring five documents, such as: utility bills, licenses, permits, insurance, car registration, voter registration, tax bill, receipts, cancelled checks, medical reports, employment documents, delivery receipts, business record, survey, fire inspection, title, settlement paper, homeowners, etc. Per board policy, do not send envelopes as proof of residency; must be first page of documentation inside the envelope.
   • If you are leasing, bring a copy of the entire signed lease at the time of registration and four other proofs (within 30 days).
4. If Applicable - Copy of Custody/Guardianship Documentation if there is a Legal Restraining Order, Custody Order, Name Change or any other legal documentation.
5. Copy of New Jersey transfer card, if transferring from a New Jersey public school, with SID# (10 digits).

3. Physical Exam Form *- physical examinations are required for all new students.  Our school physician is also available for physical examinations for students who do not have a medical home.
4. Dental Exam Form * - required for all students entering Preschool through 3rd grade.
5. Home Language Survey *  - required if you didn't fill it out during the online preregistration
