CHANGE OF ADDRESS PROCEDURE
- Complete the Change of Address Form
- Submit to Registrar, with 5 Proofs of Residency, certifying your new location
CHANGE OF CONTACT INFORMATION
The MTPS District uses the School Messenger communication system to alert parents of student absences, important District news and emergency school closings. The student information system, Genesis, is a source for parents and students to track grades, assignments and tests, as well as, course schedules and bus routes. It is vital that contact information, such as, e-mail and phone numbers are current.
If you need to update your contact information, you may either update your own contact information in Genesis under the Contacts Tab or you may notify the District Registrar, Cathy Kain to make the change.
WITHDRAWAL PROCEDURE
Contact their Guidance Office, during the school year and summer if your Student attends Moorestown High School, William Allen Middle School or Upper Elementary School
Students in the Lower Elementary Schools
During the summer between July 1 - August 15, contact the District Registrar
During the school year, contact the Secretary at your child's school.
